Understanding Kerala Lottery Ticket Series and Numbers
Why series prefixes and numeric strings need to be read together when checking a result.
Two parts of an identity
A ticket may contain a series identifier as well as a numeric component. Different prize categories can specify how each part is used.
Do not trim digits
A screenshot that omits a leading zero or crops a series can make an apparent match meaningless.
Read the corresponding heading
A prize line may cover a full ticket match, a group of numbers or another expressly defined condition.
Check against the draw
Even an exact-looking number from a different scheme or date is not the same ticket.
Where to verify the latest information
