Can Kerala Lottery Prizes Be Claimed Through a Bank?

Eligibility to submit through a bank can depend on the governing scheme and prize amount. Do not assume any bank branch handles every claim.
Check the permitted institutions
Read the current prize-claim rules and seek confirmation from the Directorate or the bank before leaving a ticket.
Protect the original
Ask for the officially prescribed receipt or acknowledgement when submitting documentation.
Avoid unsolicited intermediaries
A caller offering to “release” a prize for an advance fee is not evidence of a legitimate claim channel.
