PRIZE CLAIMS
Common Lottery Prize Claim Mistakes to Avoid
Avoid preventable errors while checking a possible prize and assembling a claim.
Wrong draw
A matching number on the wrong date or lottery scheme is not a valid result match.
Ignoring the series
Some prize tiers have series conditions; check the full ticket identity.
Relying on old rules
Outdated web articles may quote superseded deadlines, thresholds or office procedures.
Damaging or sharing the ticket
A mutilated ticket or a publicly shared identification image can complicate verification and security.
Missing records
Preserve the document used for verification and ask for official acknowledgement when submitting a claim.
