How to Contact the Kerala State Lotteries Department
Find authoritative lottery contact channels and prepare a useful question before reaching out.
Start on the official website
Use the Directorate’s current contact page, not an unverified phone number from an advertisement.
Explain the issue precisely
Include the scheme, draw code, date, source document and the part you do not understand.
Sensitive information
Do not send identity documents, banking information or full ticket images through public comments or unknown messaging numbers.
Keep a response record
For significant prize queries, retain official written guidance and the date received.
Where to verify the latest information
Use the official Kerala State Lotteries result portal to select the matching scheme, date and draw number. For claims, prices, tax and procedure, consult the relevant current rules or government notice. This page is general guidance, not a substitute for the published document.
